1. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for keeping their PoultryKo account credentials private and secure. Any activity under your account will be assumed to be yours.

2. Data Accuracy

You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and transactions. PoultryKo reserves the right to verify data or suspend accounts with suspicious activity.

3. Use of Services

PoultryKo is designed for poultry management and related operations. Misuse of the platform, including fraudulent activities or spamming, is strictly prohibited.

4. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Any data you provide will only be used within the PoultryKo system and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

5. Account Suspension and Termination

PoultryKo reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts for the following violations:

• Providing false information during registration
• Fraudulent activities or attempts to manipulate the system
• Harassment of other users or PoultryKo staff
• Multiple failed payment attempts or chargebacks
• Violation of local laws or regulations
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Any activity that threatens the security or integrity of our platform

Suspension Process:

• First Violation: Warning notification and temporary suspension (7 days)
• Second Violation: Extended suspension (30 days)
• Third Violation: Permanent account ban

For severe violations, PoultryKo reserves the right to immediately and permanently ban accounts without prior warning.

6. Appeal Process

If you believe your account was suspended in error, you may appeal the decision by contacting our support team at support@poultryko.com within 14 days of suspension. Appeals will be reviewed within 5 business days.

7. Limitation of Liability

PoultryKo will not be held responsible for damages, data loss, or misuse caused by user negligence or external system attacks.

8. Updates to Terms

These terms may change over time. Users will be notified in advance of major updates.

9. Acceptance

By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms listed in this agreement, including the account suspension policy.
